95 Watts over Ethernet cable
The demand for ever more powerful PoE powered devices (PD) is constantly increasing. Initially only network devices such as VoIP telephones, WLAN access points or small video cameras with a power consumption of up to 15 watts were used, but now they can supply motorised IP surveillance cameras, HD displays, LED lights or small, intelligent devices for building automation using Ultra PoE (Power over Ethernet) technology.
The PoE injector IPOE-171-95W provides the necessary power for these power-intensive PoE PD. It delivers a maximum output power of up to 95 watts according to the IEEE standard 802.3bt over distances of up to 100 m.
The IPOE-171-95W is easy to install via plug and play and backwards compatible. In legacy mode, PD devices that do not fully comply with the IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standard are also supplied. An error LED, a PoE-in-use LED and two power LEDs facilitate condition monitoring.
The PoE injector works with 24 - 48VDC to 54 V power boost technology. You can therefore connect it directly via the power supply in the control cabinet without an additional power supply unit. The user-friendly front connections and DIN-rail mounting options also speak in favour of installation in the control cabinet. The PoE injector operates in a temperature range of -40 to 75 °C, which allows you to use it safely at almost any location in the network.
