Compact and powerful embedded systems are required for modern AI, robotics or AGV (automated guided vehicle) applications. Developers like to use embedded boards with a small form factor and the latest processor technology.

For these applications, we recommend the IB961 3.5" embedded board series, which gives you a choice of 4 processor variants (Core i7/i5/i3) from the state-of-the-art Intel Raptor Lake generation. The powerful hybrid architecture of these processors with up to 6 performance cores (P-Core) and up to 8 efficiency cores (E-Core) enables a clock rate of up to 4.8 GHz. The integrated Hyper-Threading technology supports two processing threads per physical core. Applications with many threads can therefore complete more tasks in parallel and finish tasks earlier.

Numerous security functions such as Trusted Execution technology, Intel vPro Essentials or Threat Detection Technology (TDT) protect your board and therefore your embedded solution from unauthorized access. All boards in the series can be equipped with up to 32 GB DDR5-5200 SO-DIMM memory.

The integrated graphics of the mobile Intel Core processors of the 13th generation ensure a breathtaking graphic display. You can connect up to 4 displays via two DP++, one eDP and one LVDS output. And despite its small dimensions of just 102 x 147 mm, the IB961 series offers you a wide range of connectivity options: Dual LAN and USB 3.2 ports as well as M.2 (M-Key, E-Key, B-Key) slots that enable 5G communication and ensure seamless integration with peripherals.

The sophisticated thermal concept, in which all heat-generating components are combined on the underside of the board, thus enabling the use of an additional heat spreader, results in an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 60 °C. The wide input voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC is also designed to meet the requirements of industrial applications.
