The hardware requirements of AI applications are constantly increasing. For you as an AI system developer, this means finding a basic building block that can keep up with the increasing demands on CPU and GPU performance. It should also have enough ports and expansion capabilities to expand functionality and performance using additional hardware components and expansion cards.
With the LV-6714 industrial mini-ITX board, Spectra offers you a basic building block that is both powerful and scalable. The Intel® Q670E chipset on the board supports 12th generation Core i processors (Alder Lake S) with a TPD of up to 65W. You can choose between Core i3, i5 and i7 according to your needs. You can expand the RAM with two DDR5 memory bars up to a total of 64 GB. Special AI features like Intel® Deep Learning Boost (Intel® DL Boost) integrated AI acceleration and Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ Toolkit recommend the board for your AI application.
Excellent graphics performance is guaranteed by the integrated Intel® 12th Gen UHD Graphics 770 / 730 / 710 technology. It allows you to drive four displays in 4K quality simultaneously. Two HDMI and two DP ports as well as an LVDS port, which can be modularly expanded to two LVDS for 2 displays, are available for this purpose.
For fast communication with other devices and integration into network infrastructures, numerous high-speed data transfer interfaces such as 6 x USB3.2 Gen2 and 2 x Gigabit LAN are available to you. Customization options are also offered by the different slots. In addition to one M.2 (Key M 2280), M.2 (Key E 2230), M.2 (Key B 3042) and SIM slot each, the board also provides a PCIe X16 Gen.5 slot. You can use this slot for demanding applications that require high bandwidth, such as powerful graphics cards for professional AI applications.
